Separated from Earth by untold light years, William Flynn and the colonists of the Tereshkova have lived in peace with their Kryannian and Eunda benefactors on a frozen world for nearly a year. That peace is shattered when a mysterious new vessel arrives at their colony, broadcasting a dire warning for the colonists. Their ruthless enemy, the Revna, will soon arrive to wreak vengeance on the humans and their allies alike.
Taking command of their new and more advanced starship, the Perseverance, Captain Holloway and ace pilot Helena Clarke lead a daring defense as the colonists flee the surface.
